What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for a full refund or a 30-day exchange period for all eyewear, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition.
Do you offer prescription lenses online?
Yes, we can fulfill most prescriptions including single vision, progressive, and reading lenses. Simply upload your prescription at checkout or email it to our optical team.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to custom-craft your lenses.
Can I use my FSA or HSA funds?
Absolutely. Prescription eyewear and sunglasses are eligible expenses. You can use your FSA/HSA card directly at checkout or request an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face?
Each product page includes detailed measurements. We also offer a Virtual Try-On tool and a comprehensive Fit Guide to help you find the perfect frame size for your face shape.
Are your lenses scratch-resistant?
Yes, all Vint & York lenses come standard with premium anti-reflective, scratch-resistant, and UV-protective coatings at no extra cost.
